Visiting factories is the best way to judge a supplier, but only if the visits are confirmed, the route is realistic and someone can speak Thai with the people who matter. We contact the factories in Thai, plan each day around confirmed appointments, and provide an English-speaking team member and a car with driver. Everything included in each visit day is agreed in writing before you travel.

Travelling safely
Most business trips to Thailand go smoothly. A few simple precautions help keep it that way, whoever you travel with:
- — Only get into a car you have booked and confirmed in writing, and check the driver and number plate when it arrives
- — Share your daily itinerary and live location with a colleague or family member
- — Never exchange money through private contacts or online offers; use banks or licensed exchange counters
- — Pay suppliers and service providers by bank transfer to a company account, and carry little cash
- — Do not accept drinks from people you do not know, and be careful if a meeting moves to a new place at short notice
- — Save the Tourist Police hotline: 1155 (24 hours, English spoken)
On our side: we check factory addresses against official sources, confirm every visit in writing, send you the full itinerary before the day, and accept payment only by company bank transfer. We never collect cash on site.
